What are the consequences bodybuilding training and testicular exhaustion?

The answer to the paradox of having a strong LH elevation and negative testosterone response is easy. The testes of these advanced athletes are “exhausted”. Their constant stimulation ends up having a very negative contact on their capacity to manufacture androgen's.
In this study, this exhaustion occurred after only 8 years of training. Basal testosterone is not affected, yet. Subjects were still pretty young (25 year old), too. With more training years and as you get older, basal testosterone production is likely to suffer, too. Think this exhaustion explains why so many advanced (natural) bodybuilders end up having short levels of androgens or end up producing no testosterone at all.

Note that the free (bio-available) testosterone is the most affected in both groups. It increased the most in the least experienced athletes compared to total testosterone. It decreased the most in the elite assembly. In that, it resembles to an accelerated configuration of aging. As we age, the producing of the proteins that bind testosterone increases 1% every year. If our testosterone output decline yearly, our free segment is the most negatively affected.

The ‘testicular exhaustion’ is a factor one should take into account when planning his bodybuilding career. When you thing about it, the future does not look very bright. Up to the lifetime of 25, athletes could tell that a workout, especially a leg workout, was increasing my testosterone level. More than 10 years later, such a feelable kick is very, very rare. Unless you want to become a pro bodybuilders,  not recommend starting using steroids before reaching this exhaustion stage.
Low calorie diets are obviously not a correct thing for your testosterone output. Overfeeding is not a very strong stimulator for your testosterone producing. On the other hand, underfeeding is a potent inhibitor of testosterone output. After several years of bulking up, a severe diet might precipitate this testes exhaustion.
The new rationality of the aging bodybuilder: Statistical studies suggest that muscles can still increase despite a low testosterone output. In fact, muscles growth is more closely related to testosterone receptor density than testosterone level. This indirect finding suggests that testosterone receptors can self activate in the absence of testosterone if powerful contractions are intense enough. But in extreme case of exhaustion, testosterone replacement remedy (TRT) might be the only solution.

The side effects of anabolic steroids is ED

Premature ejaculation is a male sexual dysfunction characterized by:
- Ejaculation which always or nearly always occurs prior to or within about one minute of vaginal penetration.
- Inability to delay ejaculation on all or nearly all vaginal penetrations; and, negative personal consequences, such as distress, bother, frustration, and/or the avoidance of sexual intimacy.

Premature ejaculation is divided into lifelong and acquired categories:
- Lifelong premature ejaculation. With lifelong premature ejaculation, the patient has experienced premature ejaculation since first beginning coitus.
- Acquired premature ejaculation. With acquired premature ejaculation, the patient previously had successful coital relationships and only now has developed premature ejaculation.
- Performance anxiety. Performance anxiety is a form of psychogenic ED, usually caused by stress.

People who use anabolic steroids, particularly those who abuse them for purposes of muscle development and performance enhancement, may develop a variety of side effects. Steroid use can be very hard on all of the body's systems, making users prone to serious health issues such as blood clots, heart disease, and liver problems. Men can develop shrunken testicles and enlarged breasts, while women may notice enlargement of the clitoris and loss of body fat. Psychological side effects of anabolic steroids can include extreme aggression, mania, and hallucinations. Other problems associated with steroid use include cosmetic problems like acne and oily skin, tendon ruptures, and overgrowth of bone.

Some of the side effects of anabolic steroids can be very serious and even life-threatening. Users may develop high blood pressure and heart disease, and be prone to heart attacks or strokes. They can be likely to get blood clots. Steroids are particularly hard on the liver, often causing issues like cancer or liver failure.

Due to the fact that they mimic the effects of the hormone testosterone, another of the possible side effects of anabolic steroids is changes in sexual characteristics. Men's testicles may shrink and their sperm count can decrease, leading to problems with fertility, they may also experience gynecomastia, or breast development. Women may lose body fat to the point where they have little to no breast tissue, their clitoris may get larger, and their menstrual periods may stop. Other issues related to hormonal effects include development of extra facial and body hair as well as deepening of the voice in women and increased chance of developing baldness in men.

Erectile Dysfunction and Bodybuilding

Impotence is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficiently rigid for sexual intercourse, ejaculation, or both. Sexual drive and the ability to have an orgasm are not necessarily affected. Impotence is medically defined as the inability to sustain an erection sufficient for intercourse on at least 25% of attempts.

Impotence is not new in medicine or human experience, but it is not easily or openly discussed. Cultural expectations of male sexuality inhibit many men from seeking help for a disorder that can, in most cases, benefit from medical treatment. The term "impotence"; comes from Latin and means loss of power; a more accurate term is "erectile dysfunction." The condition is normal and usually temporary, so it is highly unfortunate that the common term for it implies a sweeping diminution in a man's overall capabilities.

Benefits of Cialis:

In the world of power-packed bodybuilding, Cialis is one name that is admired by every bodybuilder. This is because this legendary product for coming off their anabolic steroids in an attempt to augment the deficient testosterone levels. It is also effective when used during post cycle therapy or for restoring natural hormone levels.

Cialis is hailed as a wonder drug when it comes to promotion of a happy, satisfactory sexual life. It is more powerful than Viagra and Levitra when it comes to treating erectile dysfunction as Cialis is effective for almost 36-48 hours while Viagra and Levitra holds good for only 6-7 hours.

Cialis, which is also known as Tadalafil or Tadalifil citrate, can be easily termed as a selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). The inactive ingredients of Tadalafil are magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, iron oxide, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, talc, lactose monohydrate and triacetin.

The recommended dosage of Cialis, initially, is 2.5 mg per day everyday taken at almost the same time. The dosage may be increased to 5 mg per day after a few days pending to verification of tolerability. Cialis, which is considered to be more potent than Viagra and Levitra, is one step above all for treating patients suffering from erectile dysfunction. The drug is also effective for bodybuilders who suffer from steroid side effects such as impotency.

Having an approximate active life of two days, Cialis is a highly effective drug for improving sexual life. This wonder drug is also a useful option during post cycle therapy (PCT) for bodybuilders and sportsmen waiting for restoring their natural hormones. Cialis shows its worth in as less as thirty minutes when it comes to intimate performance.

Why are steroids being used and how can they lead to Infertility?

Steroids have been used by many athletes and gym fanatic and are favourite even today, when it has been proven that their recreational use can cause many dangerous side effects, including infertility.

Steroids and the anabolic steroids in particular are synthetic products that are associated to the male sex hormones like testosterone.

They are available legally only when prescribed by a medical professional and they are given to teens in order to treat delayed pubescence, to HIV patients to slow down the loss of corpse mass and in order to manage other diseases.

The steroids aid the growth of skeletal muscle, which led to their abuse by bodybuilders and athletes and they are sold illegally in gyms, on the Internet and in many cases top athletes are encouraged by their coaches to take illegitimate supplements and steroids.

The great-term abuse of steroids has tons of harmful side effects and even though they increase the sexual desire, they cause shrinkage of the testicles and even impotence. This is actually a very common side result and usually occurs after a steroid using rotation in the case of using testosterone since the body tries to "go back" to the natural testosterone levels. In the case of using steroids other than testosterone the problem might occur after or during the steroid cycle. Usually the impotence caused by steroids is only temporary and once the steroid use is stopped the problem goes away in a short period of time (usually up to four months); in some cases the erectile problems can last for years after the last dose of steroids have been taken and patients have to undergo months of treatment in order to improve their potency and libido and start getting standard erections.

Even though the direct link between the illegal use of anabolic steroids and impotence has been established, to our knowing extensive and in-depth clinical studies have not been conducted yet. Almost all cases reported are of men seeking medical assistance after they start experiencing erectile problems due to the heave, prolonged use of high doses of steroids. It should be noted that not all steroids cause impotence and not all men will experience erectile dysfunction using the ones that are known to be linked to impotence.

Since the 199s the use of steroids without instruction has been illegal, if you are amusing the thought of structure muscles with the help of illegal substances it is advisable to speak to your doctor first and get informed about all the possible side effects. Impotence is not the only difficulty that steroids might cause – they are known to lead to liver damage, the formation of breasts in men (gynecomastia), lowering of the "satisfactory" (HDL) and increasing of the “bad” (LDL) cholesterol, the development of acne, increased aggressive behavior, possible hair loss, cardiovascular problems, stunted evolution, extreme blood pressure, kidney problems, immune system changes, sterility and many more.
